Aligned, Anointed, and Actionable

You’re just out of alignment, sis!

To be Aligned. Anointed. Actionable is to think of yourself as a three-part entity. Settle down and read to reset your mind, body, and spirit (purpose).

To Be Aligned: When Your Life Starts Matching Your Intentions

Alignment isn’t about having the perfect routine, looking perfect, or acting perfect.

It’s about being honest:

  • You say you want more energy, but you’re surviving on coffee and vibes.

  • You say you want to feel strong, but you keep moving your workout to “tomorrow.”

  • You say you want peace, but your schedule has zero room for you.

Sheesh, I know! But, you know it is true.

Being aligned means your habits start to match what you say you want.

Try this:

  • Put your workouts in your calendar like real appointments.

  • Eat actual meals instead of skipping and then overeating at night.

  • Protect your sleep like you protect your phone and your bag. (Clock it)

When your actions and values line up, life feels less chaotic and more intentional.

To be Anointed: You Were Never Meant to Shrink

“Anointed” means you’re set apart — and yes, that includes how you care for your body.

You’re not working out because you hate your body. You’re moving because you honor it.

Every squat, bridge, and Pilates roll-up is a reminder: My body is not the problem. My body is the vessel for my purpose. When I move, I do so with gratitude and love for my body.

When doubt creeps in:

  • Remember the women you’ve watched carry entire households and still show up.

  • Remember how far you have already come.

  • Remember that caring for your health is part of your calling, not a selfish side project.

You are anointed by God to break patterns: generational burnout, self-neglect, and quiet resentment. Taking care of yourself is not extra; it’s essential, manita.

To be Actionable: Because Intentions Alone Won't Work

Affirmations, playlists, cute sets — we love all of that. We all look at these videos on TikTok and envy the clean girl aesthetic, but real change needs action, again, NOT perfection. Done is always better than perfect or aesthetic. We get stuck on how things need to be that we forget to simply BE.

Ask yourself:

What is one small thing I can actually do today?

Not when life calms down. Not in January. Today.

Some realistic, actionable options:

  • 10–20 minutes of Pilates in your living room

  • A walk after work instead of immediately collapsing on the couch

  • Swapping one snack for something that fuels you

  • Five minutes of stretching instead of five minutes of doom-scrolling

The goal is not perfection. The goal is consistency. Tiny actions stacked over time build a different version of you.

FitGalTribe Challenge for This Week

“Aligned, Anointed, and Actionable”

  1. Aligned: Choose one wellness priority (sleep, movement, or nutrition).Example: “This week, I’m focusing on getting 7 hours of sleep.”

  2. Anointed :Write one sentence about why your wellness matters for your purpose.Example: “I need my energy so I can show up fully for my students, my family, and myself.”

  3. Actionable: Pick one small daily habit that takes 10–20 minutes.Example: “I’ll do a short Pilates flow three times this week,” or “I’ll walk for 15 minutes after dinner.”

Final Thoughts: You Don’t Need a New Life to Start

You don’t need a whole rebrand of your personality to feel better in your body. You just need:

  • Aligned intentions

  • An anointed mindset

  • Actionable steps you can actually follow through on

We’re walking this with you — one breath, one rep, one choice at a time.
